During the third week of our training program dedicated to artificial intelligence, we had the honor of hosting Walter Genchi, Principal Data Scientist at Malwarebytes/ThreatDown.
Walter brought a unique mix of technical expertise and communication sensitivity, guiding us to deeply reflect on how a well-crafted prompt can make all the difference when working with generative AI models.
🔍 The Power of Prompting
Through practical examples and real-world use cases, Walter showed us how to:
Use language structure to “steer” generative models toward more accurate results
Evaluate the quality of an output based on specific objectives
Build iterative prompts, helpful for both data analysis and decision-making support.
🌐 A Human Perspective on Technology
Beyond the technical aspects, we appreciated the more human side of his talk. Walter shared his passions for tennis, travel, and food culture, demonstrating how diverse experiences can enrich our approach to technology and innovation.
🎓 A special thank you to Walter for inspiring the VR AI Academy participants with his experience, clarity, and generosity.
