In a constantly evolving world, some moments represent more than just personal achievements. Being invited to the House of Lords in London to receive the Global Power Leader in Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence award was one of those defining moments.
The event brought together international leaders, innovators, academics, and policy-makers. It was a unique opportunity to present my work with Vrainers and the VR-AI Academy, but above all, to spark a broader conversation about the importance of human skills in the age of AI.
I shared insights from my latest book, The Evolution of Professional Training, and discussed how integrating immersive technologies, AI, and new learning models is already transforming professional education. However, I also emphasized a core belief that drives my work: technology should serve humanity—not vice versa.
Receiving the Global Power Leader in VR and AI award in such a symbolic and historic setting was not only an honor but also a recognition of a growing movement—one that envisions a more experiential, accessible, and human-centered future of learning and development.
